Standard PPG Hand Signals

Radio Communications are normally maintained but sometimes hand signals work better or the radio may fail. These are intended to help standardize signals used by instructors and pilots so that they can be effective anywhere. Thanks to Jerry Starbuck, who initiated the standardization effort and did all the drawings.
