DULV
Report:Original DULV Reports (in German)
DULV is the German agency responsible for certifying ultralights in that country. Many have asked about the certification of this fairly prevalent wing (the Silex) and in response, Meikel of Fresh Breeze sent us its DULV report. Manfred Mornhinweg was kind enough to post an interpretation to the PilotsPPGClub and it is included here.
This is not, in any way, intended as an endorsement; it is provided for information only to the PPG community.
